Punch It up!!!

This week the challenge at the scrap your crap we are dragging out our old punches and seeing how many we can use on a page. I managed to use 4!!!!..come play with us and get punchy too! :)

Have you checked this site out? So funny.. just download your pic into the site and it does a face recognition to tell you which celebrity you most look like.. what do you think? I'm not so sure.. I would love it. But not so sure.. who does it say you look like when you try it?

I am grateful for tourists!

I have a friend visiting from out of town and she is having such a good time going to all the local tourist places. I am always grateful for the new appreciation I get for some parts of my beautiful city that I don't normally take advantage of or truly admire the beauty of until someone who doesn't live here reminds me how lucky I am. One of the most beautiful things about living in San Diego doesn't cost a dime.. the amazing sunsets over the Pacific Ocean.. What things do you take for granted where you live???

Here's my layout for the scrap your crap blog . Remember that old school material we used to all covet... vellum?! I used mine in combo with transparencies and I really like the frosty feel it gives. Inspired? Well, dig yours out of your bottom drawer, blow the dust off and come play with us!

The Dorkiness Continues!!!

Ok. Anything that causes so much happiness that I need to put it in my blog should certainly warrant a layout... right? I hope so because here of course I had to create one about my new oven :) I am off to the dentist to get a crown put on..yikes no fun! I think I may ask for a tiara instead :)

Freckle Friends Guest Designer for August

The time has come where I can reveal the work I did for Freckle Friends. It was so nice to be asked to be a guest designer for their August kit. I hope I did it justice! It was kinda hard for me because I am a little wacky in my style and of course wanted to do the unpredictable with the travel paper. It was so much fun to play with.
