Ok! I am not going to be that girl! This is my first Valentine's day as a newly single girl and I refuse to be a Debbie Downer! Yes, the boy I was seeing broke up with me last Saturday (suspicious timing..I sense someone did not want to spring for a gift..but I digress).. so I am officially solo on the big V-day... thank god for amazing friends and cute fur companions!
Valentine's day is too commercial and way over the top.. but I am still choosing to spread some love! All of you in blogland that I have gotten the pleasure of becoming friends with over the last year are sooooo important to me! You are LOVED and ADORED more then you could ever know! Have your best day ever!!

Happy Sinday to you sweet friend! I AM NOT a single girl and agree with you that V-Day is WAY too commercialized. We go at it as any other day. I would much rather have and I love you card on May 20 (random day) then Feb 14th. I guess my hubby lucked out, I hate when we wastes his money on cards and gifts when they are half priced that next day!!!!!
You should show the people you love that you love them EVERYDAY!!!!

Well sweetie, his loss is what I say and yes I so agree Valentine's Day is so ridiculous to spend all that money on!!! I have been married for 23 years and guess what, we consider Valentines Day just another day. We celebrate in everyday ways!!! Wishing you a wonderful week and thank you for the get well wishes! His loss sweet friend. His loss for sure!!! There are a lot of frogs out there. I got dumped on my 21st b-day... well... we went out to celebrate with my family and friends and then after the celebration before I went home, he dumped me. Valentine's Day is a Hallmark holiday anyhow... it's better shared with a best friend or two. The people who really love you.
